All papers submitted to a given conference will be subjected to a peer review process by the scientific committee. Those papers (oral or poster) passing the review will be accepted for presentation at the ITM.

Oral contributions should foresee 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions & answers. These questions will be noted down and questions and answers will be included in the Springer book proceedings. Please make sure your power point presentation is Microsoft compatible and that it is uploaded before your session starts.

The poster presentation sessions are scheduled on Monday 14 May and Tuesday 15 May. Poster boards will be available with a maximum poster space of 4’ x 4’ (122 cm x 122 cm), allowing for A0 posters in PORTRAIT orientation (preferred) or for other sizes as long as they fit this space. A flash presentation session will be organized on Monday 14 May (17h40-18h00) in which posters can be pitched in 1 minute.
